HTS Employee Benefits

HTS recognizes the value of a committed employee. That's why we provide our consultants with the most rewarding compensation and benefits package* available. 401(k) Plan
All consultants are eligible to participate in the HTS 401(k) retirement Plan. Participation in the 401(k) plan enables employees the opportunity to shelter up to 100% of their income on a pre-tax basis and realize a partial matching employer contribution for every employee contribution made. Employees are eligible to participate after six months of service and are fully vested upon participation.

401(k) participants are able to select from a diverse set of investment options.  Participants are also able to access their portfolio via the Internet at: www.benefit-resources.com

Health Insurance
HTS offers a variety of  health insurance coverage options provided by one of several different carriers including  Blue ShieldKaiser Permanente.  Each plan provides medical and dental coverage.  Vision services are also available from VSP and HealthNet.  (All plans are administered through PacAdvantage.)

We have a plan for just about everyone! Our Human Resources department also offers complete COBRA compliance.

Tax Advantaged Plan
If you travel more than 100 miles to your HTS assignment, you could be eligible to take home an additional 5-10% more pay because of our Tax Advantaged Plan. If you have a permanent tax residence, a portion of your compensation and benefits package comes in the form of a "per diem" allowance, which is not treated as taxable wages. Think of it as getting an extra $3.00-$4.00 to your hourly wage!

Personal Attention
HTS assigns a representative to each consultant who is responsible for your employment satisfaction and career growth. Your concerns and interest are of number one priority.  This person is your representative in all client dealings and negotiations.  They will work with you on a regular basis and are available whenever you need them! 

Savings Plans

We can set up a plan in which employees can specify an amount to be deducted from their paychecks each payroll and deposited into their savings or investment account.


Direct Deposit

HTS provides payroll direct deposit services. You can elect to have your semimonthly paychecks automatically deposited into your checking or savings account. 

Free Checking Account
As an HTS employee, you are eligible to receive a free checking account with US Bank and/or the Golden 1 Credit Union

Referral and 
Completion Bonuses

Once we have your resume on file, you are be eligible to receive a special bonus of up to $500 for each job order (lead) that you refer to us. Your bonus will be paid to you after we fill the order and our consultant has been employed for a minimum of 60 days at the client's site.

HTS offers completion bonuses to consultants for select assignments. (These are for special assignments only and, if applicable, will be defined at the initiation of the assignment.)

All HTS employees are eligible to receive memberships and/or discounts with the following services and organizations:

Corporate Activities
HTS prides itself on involving you, the consultant, in some fun activities also! Here are just some of the activities our consultants have been invited to participate in:

  • Dinner and dance cruises on the  Spirit of Sacramento Riverboat.
  • Sunday Picnics and water activities at Folsom Lake.
  • Yearly Christmas dinner and dance parties at Serrano Country Club or at the Sacramento Hyatt.
  • Laser tag at Laser Force.
  • Christmas tree cutting at a private ranch opened exclusively for the Helm Companies.
  • Tickets to various sporting events and movie screenings..
  • Wine and Cheese Festival with all proceeds going to the EDH Fireman's Association.
