If you travel more than 100 miles to your HTS assignment, you could
be eligible to take home an additional 5-10% more pay because of our
Tax Advantaged Plan. If you have a permanent tax residence, a
portion of your compensation and benefits package comes in the form
of a "per diem" allowance, which is not treated as taxable
wages. Think of it as getting an extra $3.00-$4.00 to your hourly
HTS assigns a representative to each consultant who is responsible
for your employment satisfaction and career growth. Your concerns and interest are of number one priority.
This person is your representative in all client dealings and
negotiations. They will work with you on a regular basis
and are available whenever you need them!
We can set up a plan in which employees can specify an amount to be
deducted from their paychecks each payroll and deposited into their
savings or investment account.
HTS provides payroll direct deposit services. You can elect to have
your semimonthly paychecks automatically deposited into your checking or savings
As an HTS employee, you are eligible to receive a free checking
account with US Bank and/or the Golden
1 Credit Union.
Once we have your resume on file, you are be eligible to receive a
special bonus of up to $500 for each job order (lead) that you refer to us. Your bonus will be paid to you after
we fill the order and our consultant has been employed for a
minimum of 60 days at the client's site.
HTS offers completion bonuses to consultants for
select assignments. (These are for special assignments only and, if
applicable, will be defined at the initiation of the assignment.)
